Every woman out there is an acrobat of some kind. Some are good at bending over backwards to please people. Some are marvelous at walking a thin line and barely making it to the other side. No matter what, we're all good at part of it.
It's rough juggling all of life's curve balls. We're balancing everything on a minuscule point and we feel like we may topple over at any moment.
When this happens, take a minute and find your center. Calm yourself. And count to ten, slowly and evenly. The more often you do this, the more it will work. Before you know it you'll be calm and in control and even the highest balance beam won't scare you.
